2013 Customer Satisfaction Award
AV Automation has been rated among the best in the region and has received the 2013 Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award! We are incredibly thankful to our customers for sharing about their positive experiences in working with our company and we’re proud of our employees for their diligent focus on making each customers experience something to remember.
The awards, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media U.S. (CMUS), recognize companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company’s CMUS Power Rating™. Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.
Talk of the Town reviews hundreds of business websites and their online consumer “buzz” each year, citing on its website those businesses it feels worthy of a 4 or 5 star rating. The site estimates that it gives awards to roughly 10% of sites reviewed. AV Automation scored a 4.5 for its Excellence in Customer Satisfaction award.
