AV Automation’s Beginning
Aaron Reilly (AVA President) was a founder and the Chief Technical Officer for Screen Innovations, an Austin based projection screen manufacturer. As co-founder and director of all product development for Screen Innovations, Aaron brought to market many new projection screens and related products. The most notable product brought to market under Aaron’s management is the “Black Diamond Screen” by Screen Innovations which still today is the most optically advanced front projection screen in the world.
AV Automation was conceived by Aaron Reilly in early 2008 with the desire to bring mainstream Home Theater, Audio and Home Automation a higher standard of customization and simplicity. Working hand in hand with clients, architects, and builders, AV Automation is able to integrate a multitude of different technology systems that work in harmony with each other and offer consumers ease of control from one simple to use interface.

AIA Austin Homes Tour 2012: The weekend of October 6-7, 2012, AIA Austin held its 26th annual Homes Tour, which showcased 13 new and newly-renovated homes from across the Austin area. The two-day self-guided tour celebrated the diverse and stunning design talent of Austin’s local architects, with both traditional and contemporary designs that spanned from modest to means. AV Automation’s work was showcased in this years tour and is proud to announce our sponsorship of the AIA Austin Homes Tour and CG&S Design! For more information, click here.
